No Battery Warning Light!?!

   Hey,
   
   My indicators packed up and now the relay wont shut up when I try to use them. My heating, and my cd player wont turn on unless I have the engine on and I have revved the engine numerous times.
   
   Anyone had this problem? Howd it get fixed?

   try changing fuse no.4 its a 10amp in the box under glove box
