stubborn spark plugs

   having trouble freeing my spark plugs.dont think they have never been replaced in the 12 years of its life.i am assuming its anti clockwise as normal to loosen?can i use wd40 for example?any got any tips to free these almost welded like things free?

   just use a bit of brute force but not to much

   used brute force mate,not 1 of the 4 will free ,using a t bar type spanner.

   you will have to use a proper 3/8th drive plug socket and a 10" breaker bar

   ok finally got the new plugs in and back to normal but ive been told its the rocket gasket,the rubber seal things thats broke and leaking and causing oil to go into the spark plugs and its leaking on the cam belts side as well.just looked on ebay but typing in rocket gasket (seal) isnt really getting me what im after.can any confirm the proper name of this im after?can get it fitted for 20 quid as long as i supply the part.

   cam cover/rocker cover gasket mate there just as cheap from citroen as they are from ebay. and 20 quid for fitting is a rip off its only 2 bolts unless its a vts you could do it easily mate. If you own a vts then you cant get the gaskt you need to make one from gasket glue or high temp silicone.
