over fueling (running issues)

Hi all. As some of you know im having trouble with my saxo 16v, it wont start unless i unplug the throttle potentiometer and hold the throttle open then it will come down and idle rough and i mean rough but if you leave that plugged in it wont start without more gas but it will just cut on idle. Things iv replaced : ICV, TPS, lambda, map sensor......... Plugs are pure black and sooted up and the car stinks of petrol. Any ideas would be good. I had the timing belt off last week, if it was a tooth out would that cause this?

Help pleeeease. Iv put my old 1.4 ecu on and it runs and tick over alot better but holds back loads. It must be electrical or even the ecu.......

    Leaky Injectors?
    Faulty VTS ECU?

Errmmm... Have you checked them? Lol.

Iv checked everything on it, every sensor im now lost and dont know what else to try. I think it might be the ecu, I have 2 3 plug vts ecus and i think they are both dead.

It is that bad, Im so tempted to go torch it. Everything breaks on it, its had 3 axles in a year, every sensor replaced, 3 ecus, driveshafts. I love the car but sick of the sight of it now.
