Can only describe it as a ripple in the paint?!!

   Its on both sides of the Saxo. Also what is that section called between the windows?!

   Its just a sticker.....peel it off.

   its not paint its a cover heat it up with a hair dryer and take it off look so much better

   Mate thats not paint its a sticker i took mine off the other day because it was doing exactly that You can Buy replacements off eBay don't worry about it...
