Pre mot

    Car passed it's last mot on emissions but is there any thing I should do pre mot just make sure it gets through

    Just send it in for mot. if it fails cross that bridge when you come to it.

    other option is fuel cleaner. service. does help the emissions.

    With regards to emmisions.. Just make sure the cars hot when you take it in. Clean or replace your lambda... send it in.. see what happens. If it fails after doing the above then maybe needs a new cat

    it really makes a difference.

    i had a 1.8 t Audi a3 in a few months back, lass owner never really drove it hard. failed the emissions horrid!
    i took it for a blast around the block, all gears nice and hard, boost was shit, but got better and better, took it back in and flew through the emissions.

    felt like driving a different car afterwards. her words, not mine.

    Fuel Cleaners work, but 9/10 ideally you need to run them through the car, so most of a tank to take the most effect.

    put it through the MOT. there is no reason it should fail tbh.
