my own personal opinion i would either spray them black or de-badge it (obviously money depending)
  3. #3
i did think of de badging it but doing it diy,if i was to bond something inside the boot where the holes are and then fill and paint and then get my merr scratch removal kit on it, i think they might turn out ok

i personally would leave it to a bodyshop, unless your 100% how to do it, as if it does go a bit worng it will stand out like a saw thumb. what ever way you decide mate (black or debadge) it'll look good.

i think i will have ago at debadging it, if it goes wrong i can allway put the badges back on

Black badges gets my vote, theres a pic on ssc of a posi blue vtr with them done and it looks really good.
  7. #7
    black badges imo
  8. #8
    black badges!

will go with the wheels and tints and its alot cheaper than de badging!

As Ste said do them black, if you dont like them de badge them, but get it done at a bodyshop.

i was thinkin of spraying my badges black, i have a black saxo so i reckon it would look good. How hard are they to get off and put back on? Will i need to buy some glue to fit them back on?
  13. #13
i done them black in the end,i dident think they would look that good but they do look really good better than blue anyway.
  14. #14
did you but the black back lights on?

i think black would look ok. you could always try that, then if it look poo de badge it.

  23. #23
i didnt think of the scrappy, good thinking
  24. #24
    debadge all the way
  25. #25
debadging is more costly and poop if you dont get it done properly. spraying badges is cheap and simple yet effective IMO
