Is it just low at the front or rear? If so its likely to be a coil spring gone

Hello mate just rear passenger side and down half inch , i measured up from floor to saxo arch on both sides , i was wondering can you buy dampers and spring set just for the rears ? it would be nice to have a matched set
    cheers

Yes, sounds very much like a coil spring then. As far as I'm aware you can't buy sets but you could just get a couple of rear springs and shocks. I'm not sure if you would have a branch near to where you are but I always find GSF car parts are excellent. If not they do mail order too

Back of the car doesn't have coil springs.

It's probably fine, and nothing to worry about.
Has it been lowered? If so, most likely they didn't lower it be equal amounts.

You could adjust the torsion bar on the side which is effected to make it level again.

its down mate i think by 40 mm , what do you actually get if i bought a new suspension kit , i assume 4 dampers and matching springs for the fronts ? , it could handle better compared to my old xr2 its abit poo ! lol

    So it's already been lowered?
In a kit you'd get four dampers, and two front springs. Then the rear torsion bar has to be adjusted to match the front.
If whoever lowered the back of your car didn't quite get the measurements right you would end up with one side lower than the other.
I used to have a Mk3 fiesta... handled like a boat compared to a saxo
Good luck in getting it sorted!

no probs stevo :0) my old xr2 handled really well i did pay afew quid for the set up though the mk1 and mk 2 xr2's were pretty well balanced front wheel drive cars even as standard and if i had the space and extra cash i'd buy another one in a shot , retro in my opinion now

The 2 first fiestas looked nice the xr2i / rsturbo fez were strange looking but im warming to them now ! lol the others looked like poo , i had afew friends with turbo technic cars back in the day , one was tweaked abit more and that gave the bigger cars a run for their money
