dipped lights not working?

   Hey recently got my phase 1 vtr 1999 since iv had it the dipped lights dont do alot of moving, iv checked the fuses they are fine problem is they are currently dipped right at the floor rather annoying and can't see infront of me. Any ideas on fixing this please

   theres a round nob on the back of the headlight turn it and watch which direction the lamp inside goes. is on a mk2 anyway, or the adjuster inside the car near ya right knee.

   theres also one on top that can be adjusted with an allun key think

   Do you have standard headlights on the car? If you have angels etc, then the electronic adjuster wont work...... If you have standard lights check all the wiring etc.

    oki taken a look i see a small yellow and white bit where u can put alan key in or screw driver... witch direction would i turn it to raise the lights? i tried but no much luck i think ide need to sit there for a while twisting
