crown wheel and pinion

   ive got a quaife gearkit ma box. ive stripped the teeth off the crown wheel. my g/box builder didnt have enough time to strip the whole box down to find out how many teeth the pinion has but does anyone know what box the crown wheel is out off if it has 59 teeth? need a new one asap

   sounds like it could be a s1 rallye. i think they are 13/59

   cheers for that danny. ive been looking more in to it. it is a 13/59 but its a gripper diff. i dont know much about the internals of the g/box. i can get my hands on a 14/60 cwp for a gripper. does anyone know if that that would be better acceleration or a higher top speed

   a 14/60 would give it a higher top speed. its the equivilent of a s1 106 xsi final drive.
   
   if its a gripper diff it will be difficult to know if it would be compatible with the standard cwp. best give gripper a ring.
