Squeak on steering and bump on front

   Any ideas?
   There is a squeak on the steering (only small and only happens sometimes).
   Also a knock on the front drivers side when hit a bump or over speed bumps.
   
   Happens more when there is more weight in the car.
   
   Cv's seem fine on full lock, no knocking. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas.
   Could it be bushes? Or top mount bearings?

   There will be alot of 'Could be's' might be wishbones...get it down to somewhere like kwikfit for a free suspension check (dont get any work done here) just hear what they say may be causing it then investigate the problem yourself
