Right quick question as i got off my ass today lol.
I have done a VTR conversion to my Quiksilver. During the install the Quiksilver box was damaged and the casing split. So I had to use what I had lying around which was a VTR gearbox.
The shafts I have from the Quiksilver fit the box and turn fine and obviously fit the hubs as they where the original ones.
BUT...
When reattaching the lower suspension arm, the ball joint pin doesn't meet up with the strut. leaving me thinking that the VTR shafts are shorter than a Quiksilver shaft....
Anyone shed any light on this?
Cheers
Andy
