Had clutch changed few weeks ago but I just noticed when I'm idle I can hear a ticking sound, but when I push the clutch down it goes? Ideas?

Its just that mine has started doing it and like you I have only just had new clutch and bearing fitted recently and it was a Valeo clutch so it wasn't like it was a cheap one -

#10I'd say release bearing, gonna go to a garage today and see what they say about my thrust bearing too

#11Went to the garage, got told my clutch release bearing is pretty fucked, I only had it done about 4k miles ago
so gonna need a new clutch already, what a fucking piss take

#12the retaining lip on the rel bearing is tiny (valeo badged INA ones)
Also the fork does not apply even pressure to the back of the bearing - as the bushes holding the clutch arm have loads of wear/play in them.
Get these white plastic bushes in the box housing swapped before the next one.
BTW your clutch will be fine - only the bearing dodgy
