I'm new to the Saxo experience so please forgive my ignorance. My T plate VTR's immibiliser light flashes when cranking over and won't start, now and again the light stops and it will fire up straight away.
From reading all the posts I can find am I right in thinking that once I get it running if I disconnect the immobiliser box under the passenger side dash the problem will go away ? I'm happy to be without an immobiliser just as long as the problem goes away !
Or do I need to get an immobiliser aerial ( the black ring round the ignition lock ) and this should clear the fault ?
I've got a VTR I can raid for parts if need be though want a simple solution !
