Speedometer seems to stick at 55mph even though brakes have been applied, then needle will eventually drop back down again.
I am looking for the sensor which is located on the transmission housing, next to inner end of the right hand driveshaft, according to haynes manual.
I cant seem to find it.
Is the right hand driveshaft on the passenger or driver side, so I can stop wasting time looking.
If of any help it is a vtr gearbox Mk1.
Any help appreciated
