how to install c3 spot lights?

   Hi my dad wants some front bumper spot lights for his c3. Ive installed loads of lights to my saxo but how is it done on a c3?
   
   Hot the bulb and holder but how do you access it and will the harness be already there? Then if yes will their be a switch on the dash ready for spot lights?
