   well baisicly as the title says the passanger chair dosnt move backwards or forwards and no matter how hard i pull the lever and rock back and forwards it just wont budge solutions

   wd40 isn't a long term solution use something like general purpose grease or some lithium white grease it will last longer and lubricates better.
