Water draining fast?!

I had the car taken to the garage the other day after it was overheating, I've driven it twice since it was bled and refilled, and it was pretty much dry again today and needed refilling.

The garage checked for any leaks that could cause it getting low and they found nothing, and the reason it overheated the other day was a blockage in the top pipe?

same as what i had, except it werent overheating, it was just a running noise behind the dash after i changed the water/coolant. Apparently these are right bastards for bleeding the air out of. took mine to a garage and they bled it for me for £20

Yeah I've had it bled but it's still drinking a lot of water and I'm not sure why?

Had this again, but this time, I checked it before I left for work and it was full, drove to work which is about a 10-15 minute drive away, parked it, finished work a few hours later and I had to put another 2 litres in to fill it back to the top? Checked the ground and there was no leaks at all. So it basically used 2 litres in 15 minutes?

Check the carpet on the passenger side inside the car,to see if its wet.You may have a leak in the heater matrix.

Just checked it now, after I drove it this morning to work and back home from work, and the water is fine, only thing I'm noticing now is like a spluttering kind of noise when it starts up? Like, if I rev, it won't just be a clean rev sound, then after a couple of revs it'll go.
