Dont know what to do?

My 16v saxo is badly over fueling i can put the fuel return pipe into an empty petrol can an start it and within 5 minutes the can will be full, it wont idle properly and sounds like a scooby turbo, it will rev but not all the time and its slow when it does rev. Can anybody give me any ideas. The sensors i have replaced so far are:
    engine coolant temp
    crank sensor
    lambda x2
    ICV
    TPS
    air temp sensor
    map sensor
    ecu
    throttle body
    coil pack
I have checked the injectors spray. Somebody please please help me out on this one.

Don't really know what to look at next tbh, perhaps a fault at the actual fuel pump?

I missed that one out i have replaced that too. Its just flooding up so bad it struggle to idle and when i can get it to rev an really hold it revving black smoke pours out the exhaust.

How are the fuel lines plumbed in?

How is the return plumbed in?

    What Ecu you running?

I feel your problem lies with one of the above.

Standard fuel pipe going to the rail and another pipe plumped in from the rail straight back to the fuel pump and im running a unlocked 16v ecu.

Something must be telling the ecu it needs more fuel, can the fuel pump cause it by pumping to much because its fairly loud.
