Radiator fan wires dont match wireloom

Hi guys in need of some help

i went to wire up my fan today and the connection ends dont match the ones to the car loom

there is a 5 wire plug cumin from the ran fan red,green,2 grey and a light green one.
and 2 wires separate sepertare plug light blue
and 2 earths

now from the wire loom there is
1 red
1 yellow
1 grey
all cut

seperate plug
1red
1 green
