    hi guys,
i cleaned my thortole body cause my car (vtr 02 mk2) is idling badly and cutting out regularly, and genarally sounding really bad....
like it says above.... is it spose to be easy to move freely when u push it, or is it ment to be a bit stiff?

    sz for a stupid question.

Check your throttle cable isn't sticking, run some wd40 down it

thx, but when the car is at stationary, the idle clock is at 10 but the engine sounds like its dying, eventhough its not showing on the rev clock (the rev clock is not broke). btw it does sound like a scooby. lol!

sounding bad like that seems like a miss fire ?
poor performance ? and running bad or ?

ya running really bad, boggs down and cuts out as the car goes along.... but not straight away but 5 mins time of the car going along.

sounds to me like you have a serious miss fire to me mate and unfortunatly i carnt say what could cause the miss fire as i can give you 500 different causes of miss fire and would be up to you to test

fitted it and the car runs cool but it still boggs down then picks up normally again, after a few secs. but it is runnig better than it did! lol. do you think i would need to get a new coil pack or lamba senser??
