Super glueing the areal

    is this a good idea or not ? mine keeps getting nicked and at 10 euros a go even for a boring standard plastic thing but i want to remove it whats my best bet ? keep or remove ? and how hard is it to remove and will there be a big hole in my roof?

    Why don't you just unscrew it when you park up and put it in your glove box?

    ^^^this, or if you're unsure about super glue for the aerial could maybe buy an aerial blanking gromit and remove the aerial and mount from roof and replace with an internal screen mounted aerial instead.

    easiest option is to glue the aerial in place but you've no guarantee somebody wont just snap it off

    got the blackberry for that the cd player dosnt work it just flips up out of the dash does most things it suppost to but wont play films or cds strange and every time i turn the ignition off the clock goes back to 12.00 witch really fucks me off

    if your stereo keeps resetting the time switch the red/yellow wires at the back of the head unit, that will switch it to permanent live instead of switched live

    but the stereo is connected by a rather large connector block i think all i know is there is a fuk load of cables coming out of it and they are labeled some are rear cam ,fron cam, grps,fr speakers ,fl speakers ,rr speakrs ,rl speakers ,remote ? ? ? ,tv in put and it goes on and on and how do i go around swapping them about ?

    Its two massive red and yellow wires, you cant miss em lol. shud be held together by two plugs before the black connector.
