saxo front fog lights

   hi there
   
   i just got a new saxo today and i seen dat the the front fog lights are just plastic covers so i am gettn lights for them would just like to know how and the best way to wire them up thanks 4 help

   the saxo fog lights work with tesla wireless technology. Just put a pair of lights in there and you're good to go.

   When i bought my 1.1 it had the plastic covers and no fog lights, i have put fog lights in mine. First you need to check whether you actually have a fog loom already in your car, this should be a green plug behind the passenger side headlight. If it is there all you should need to do is buy the fog lights with a loom and plug them into this green plug. Also buy a new indictator stalk with the fog switch on it
   
   However if you dont have the loom behind your pessenger side headlight then i wouldnt bother as it will be hard to create the wiring or wire a loom in.

   Back when I fitted a VTR/S bumper to my old 1.1 it didn't have the wiring or switch etc there. I bought a fog light wiring kit on ebay which came with the relay and everything you need, and wired it to a seperate switch on the dash rather than the indicator stalk. Wasn't too difficult, took me a couple of hours

    Yeah you can just wire it to a switch, it would be alot easier as you would just need to run it from the fog lights to the switch. Obviously with a relay between have you actually got bulbs for the fogs already in there or is it just round covers?

    Anyways, it has been said: put your fogs on a switch, it's gonna be a hell of a lot easier than purchasing a new stalk and having to remove the wheel/airbag and what not to do so.

    if u were to replace the indicator stalk would u just need to unplug one and plug the new one with fogs in?? green connecter is under the bonnet just dunno if cables are the same behind the dash. dont wanna fit a button cus i got a few other bits on dash but really want fogs. i dm taking it apart im sad i quite enjoy fiddling lol
