Important! : Novice - engine foobared?

   Right then guys... Cars running rough as fook. really shakey car and engine sounds like a diesel, white smoke out the back.
   
   Ive checked the oil and water, and cleaned filter, and even cleaned the throttle body, all ok. I'm out of knowledge...
   
   BTW it's a wank Fiat Punto!!
   
   P.s, I put important because I need the car for work tonight.
   
   Any ideas guys?

   Sticky injector lamda sensor inlet sensor of some.form maybe
   
   Or was there any mayo looking yellowy gunk when you checked oil and water

   Cracked head by the sounds of it.
   
   They always seem to be going on puntos.
   
   Will have to replace the whole head gasket if it is that.

   head gasket was changed about 2 months ago... with no issues, just now, there was no mess in the oil or water. water was clear and oil dark brown... Normal. feels like it's losing power though and stalls.

   head gasket gone between 2 cylinders or duff coil pack

   But its only just had the head done and skimmed.. and when the head went last time there wasnt any white smoke... just no power at all..., If its the head again though the car can just go... she's served me a year and a bit anyway.

   head gasket or 1 of the coils (has 2). Ive had to change both on these on my freinds car in the past, its a common problem.
