oil filter help

   just curious if anyone knows of a oil filter that is half the size of a standard one that fits the saxo vtr

   Fram make a compact filter its 40mm shorter than the standard one not sure if there any good though.

   its in the relocated place im fitting a mani wid cat in and need a shorter filter or a standard vtr mani cheap

    Ebay / motor spare's Andrew page use to sell them not sure if they still do.

    because i havent got the exhaust and not exactly got the cash for a whole new exhaust system at the moment and only got one withe cat in mani at the moment

    Renault use stubby filters, you would need to check the thread size of course.
