Bulbs

    I need to replace the bulb in one of my sidelights and i'm a bit clueless about what bulbs to get, i've been told what i have at the moment is a xenon bulb and on ebay i can see them for £1.99 501 BULBS (W5W / T10) DIRECT REPLACEMENT 12V 5W BULBS or there are others for £8 that say they are ultra xenon bulbs H4 100w....
    Obv i'm not botherd about paying the extra if they are better ones but just wanted to know what the dif was

    Sidelights = 501 fitting

    Ur Dipped/Full beam lights = the H4 fitting.

    Xenon kinda gives a blue-ish tint

    Maybe get some white/blue LED sidelights, they look pretty cool and some r Legal to get, Ebay is ur best friend.

    usually xenon sidelights dont even look blue.

    Just go your local halfords and get some normal ones,look far better, just don't go paying £3 to let them fit them!

    oh really, now i'm back to square one, unsure what to get! wonder what the general opinion is... Would be interested to know what others thought..

    You will get 90% of people saying xenon/blue ones....but imo they just look tacky

    LED Sidelights :]

    they r perfectly legal and wont attract unwanted attention from the fuzz

    LED over xenon/standard anyday ^^
