battery covers?

   now then i have been after a battery cover for a while i had a quick look and on cit service there are two types what are the differences:
   
   
   
   the parts i am talking about are labelled 12 and then (5/6)

   yea i know they are cheaper from pug though didnt post as not interested in paying that price i am going to go for the same shape as he is selling though (number 12)
