Engine Problem?

   Basically car runs rough 95% of the time, shaky at idle, its lost power, and air comes out of the exhaust like a rocket taking off.. Emissions are pretty bad too, any ideas what this could be?

   When was it last serviced?

   Ive changed the plugs, leads, oil, fuel filter a few months ago =\
   
   Also uses alot more fuel than it should

   could be something silly, i.e injectors?
