405 brakes on a vts?? any one done this?

   i can get my hands on some pug 405 brakes with calipers and carriers.
   
   my question is has anyone done this and what was involved on doing this, any help would be great,

   They are nothing special so I would not bother. Single pot calipers. Just upgrade your pad material on your current setup

   there 20 quid and it goes to the scrap yard today and my disks are fubbared. is it a straight change and the mc is a adequate size?

   I doubt its a straight swap. A box of standard pads for yours for around the same price would be a better investment. Theres simply no point in buying them.

   iirc the offset on the 405s wont be anygood without work for the 106/saxo strut. at least the brakes on my mates 405 lemans (yep bit rare) wont......
