random connector/sensor what is it for ? please help :)

   Alright so i was taking off my rocker cover off my furio and then i noticed that (if your looking at the engine looking over it) the wires that go to the coil pack and just before they get to the rocker cover there is a random block connector that isnt doing anything its the same connector shape thats on the coolant temp sensor
   
   
   
   and the picture below the sensor im talking about is under that breather pipe i just wanted to show the location aswell

   If its on the thermostat housing or next to it then yes it is.

   it near there but no its not that as there is already a connector going into that area this is black and the one thats currently plugged in isnt
