#2Decent oil.
I use Millers Fully synthetic but mines a funny engine - so not sure what would be best for your engine
But fully synthetic all the way.
Get a K&N Replacement panel air filter if your currently using the standard paper filter.

EDIT: just noticed you say yours has 140horses so you probably have an induction kit or something. -
#3oil filter, any really
oil, belive its 5-40w synthetic or 10-40w
fuel filter, any
plugs, depends on you engine i.e turbo charger ... i use champion
air filter, depends what you are using now -
#4its got a procomp induction kit on at the mo, but some clever bastard has glued the hatch thing shut so i cant get in to change the filter. ive not got a turbo or owt but ive got a head with bigger valves, what would be the best plugs then?
