It's an extract from Aviva's policy wording which states you must let them know immediately of any modifications to the vehicle
The ONLY thing that constitutes proof is something written in black and white from your insurance company, either in a policy document, the terms and conditions or in your insurance documents
Never ever believe anything someone on a forum tells you (without validating it afterwards) or even what someone from an insurance company tells you over the phone. Always see it in black and white as this will stand up in court if you ever have any problems when claiming. Trying to prove a conversation which the insurance company magically failed to record won't stand up in court...
