Carbon mirror caps - Yay or nay?

    Asked this in my progress thread, but ill ask here too..

    i need opinions..

    Carbon wrapped mirror caps.. if you look through my progress you will see i have a few carbon wrapped bits (page 3)

    what do people think of doing these too?

    i think on a blue car, blue mirrors would be best. if your car was black or grey then carbon

    Don't do it IMO
    Blue is best or colour code the whole mirror and use the carbon caps

    I'm undecided. Just an idea, could you not carbon wrap the whole mirror, excluding the glass obviously, and then put the body coloured mirror cap on top? Might be a bit of a fucker to do, put could look nice...

    i didnt realise it would be so 50/50 on the views

    That cap i wrapped is a spare that has stone chips, so thats why i wrapped it as a test

    Car has blue caps on at the moments, just wanted general opinions but that doesnt seem to be helping lol

    I'm toying with 3m carbon wrapping my mirror caps, should look nice on my silver vtr I hope.

    To Me!! both look good, im swaying towards blue At the moment.. but my car "might" be painted black soon, in which case carbon will look alright lol

    it doesnt bother me real or not, infact being fake its less to worry about if some little c*ntbag decides he wants to take them..

    carbon fibre (To me) Looks amazing whether its real or not, the pattern it makes so damn sexy.. and its the pattern i like, not the weight saving

    I would have done it the other way if it was me wrap the mirror in carbon and leave the cap in blue breaks it up then imo
