Engine light going on and off?

   What is that about? Sometimes it comes on, sometimes its off?
   
   What is the likely culprit? Lambda sensor? Temp sensors?

   Also, is there anyway to view error codes without and ODBCII reader?

   Get it plugged into a diagnostics machine,& to your 2nd post no theres not.
