if its standard manifold then is the rest of the exhaust system meant to be standard? as for making a twin down pipe, surely you would need to adapt the orginal manifold anyway, possibly could be done but not going to create much of a "gain" if any.

downpipe of a s1 rallye then they had that split down the middle which sort of made it a crude 421 best bet is get an exhaust place to copy the oe dp with a split down the middle but with a pipe bore that is consistent all the way to the exhaust system without any squashed bits like the oe dp

You need the proper Peugeot motorsport down pipe but it's £700.

See your racing in stock hatch I raced all last year in a saxo haven't been out this year yet but if you want any advice I can help. I'm only in thetford and unit is in wymondham we run 2 cars.

You will need to get between 125-130bhp to be competitive and there is. Specific engine and exhaust combo to achieve this. Keep away from the sax sport and kam racing exhausts you need a 2 1/4" system proven to be crap compared to proper Peugeot motorsport ones. Mk3 bottom end 106 Rallye head a cam using a unskimmed head and aftermarket ecu running 406sri injectors. Engine balancing is crucial.

Give me message if you need any help
