mk1 morette's, cold air inlet

    does any one know where I can get some inserts or something simular to replace the inner headlights?

    maybe something like this?

    then connect up your exsisting ducting. obviously get the diameter required to fit in the headlight, but best bet would be ebay no doubt.

    yeah trouble is that is only an 84mm external diameter but the headlight hole is 115mm :/

    let me know the exact dimensions you need mate I.E length you need the id of the tube and the od and i will see if i can get you a price from work

    80mm outside dimension of tube, 115mm flange ( ideally 117mm ) 250mm in length

    we only got 70 mm tube mate and it will be hard to swell it to 115
