driveshafts and shockers

   i checked over my saxo today and found the inner cv boot split, can the boot be bought on its own or is it a full shaft?
   
   also i have a creaking noise when i turn the lock, could it be the shocker?
   
   any info would be great

   yeah can buy the boot on its own and replace that as could possible make ur noise then re-check after

   would it give me a loud clunk from underneath when going over drains

   The driveshaft boot is a pain in the arse todo proper trickie would be easy get a second hand shaft

   i would use some ducktape and tape the split up, should slove your problem for a while

   have sorted the inner boot, what a t??t to change but cheaper than a shaft, plus i changed the wishbone and the clunk has gone
