I have found the problem with my over fueling, i have 2 return pipes, one from the front and one from the fuel filter which was blocked with a bolt and forcing the fuel into the rail. I have now put a T peice in and jobs a good'n!! Hope this may help some others if there car over fuel and wont run right.
