pop and grind sound when braking

   Recently the vtr started to make. A crunchung grindind sound when braking slowly and when turning slowly and now when braking with slight bit of force it makes a slught hollow ping sound all noise coming from passenger front side
   
   Iv taken the wheel off.. all I can see is the pads are in good cindition but the discs are ollllld and rather worn and the vents on inside of disc rather rusted
