Is it possible to tighten the cylinder head, WITHOUT a torque wrench?
As i dont have one, just changed head gasket...

It is, but don't expect the gasket to last, with a side order of warped head.
Some heads you tighten by degrees.

you can chance it, or buy one from halfrauds mate will save you SO much hassle in future, as tightening by feel is hit and miss.

No you cant if you want to do the job properlly. Make sure you tighten in the right order too

Yeahh i got the order, its just i seen sum heads are like,
Stage 1 80 Degrees
Stage 2 45 Degrees
Stage 3 40 Degrees.
Just wondering if saxo heads are same, ?? ill get 1 from halrauds

I did mine without a Torque wrench, after the head popped off, still going now lol.
I should Torque it up though

If its a 1.1 (alloy block) as under your name its,
1. 20nm
2. 120 degrees
3. 120 degrees
Argos use to do cheap torque wrenches for around £20, or im sure a friend will have one.
