#2i literally fitted mine a couple days ago..
to answer your question, no not really
maybe a little, but its not enough to make a huge noticeble difference -
#3dipped beams a bit worse than standard lights.
but i find that high beam is alot better than standard with angels
Fitted HIDs to my dipped and its alot better
-
#4When i used them i found them worse than standards, especially on high beam.
-
#5ive found that in a mk1 they're really good but in a mk2 they're shite, opinions are based with or with out hid's fitted
-
#6not very good at all tbh, couple of mates had them and went back to standard dipped is shocking!!
-
#7think dipped is bad because theres no motor on them, so cant adjust the height... in terms of full beam, its spot on!
-
#8when i got my vtr mk1 they were already fitted and in my opinion sh*t but i replaced the bulbs for some off ebay, just simple Xenon bulbs and that did make a fair amount of difference. My m8 just picked up a mk1 too now with normal lights and bulbs fitted and yeh tbh my angels are better, but i think that could be down too just the bulbs i fitted.

#9i fitted them on mark 2 and they are not as good on dipped beam but on high beam its a bit better than standard lights but not notice able tbh.

#10just get ur headlights adjusted right and use a decent set of 100/80s mine are spot on now everything is lined up correctly
