   Firstly will mk2 dials fit mk1?
   and how hard is it to fit a new set of dials?

   Search for the guide someone has done it,you need re-wire the wires at the back of the dials & do something to the fuel pump/sender as well.

   its not a ballache if you read up on it first, but u have to do abit of rewiring to get them to work, they bolt straight in
