#2The Xsara/Picasso run 15in steelies. That's probably about the biggest OEM steelie you're going to find. whether they're the correct offset though I don't know. If you're heart is set on 16in you're probably going to have to look at more expensive aftermarket stuff or maybe even getting OEM rims re-banded to 16in.

#516 inch steelies would look weird IMO
smaller steelies looks great
14/15 would be perfect -
#7i would be ok with 15s just really want steels

#8and cant find anywhere that sells them i know a scrap yard will but that means i have to put in hrs of prep before spraying and i would rather buy new to avoid the work lol

#9yes you can you just re section on a jig heat and re weld them. They do it a lot over in the states on spoked bike wheels on harley's. boss had his done on his harley and cost him 200 per wheel.
best bet is with the xsara 15's and paint the lip a different colour than the centres.
Then if you decide you like them you can decide if you want to go banded or to euro alloys. -
#10cheers boss will the xsara 15s go straight on a saxo or would i need spacers etc
