Wheres the clutch cable?

    hello guys, i have a saxo 2001 vtr and wanted to know if anybody knew where the clutch cable was, dus anybody hav a pic cuz i wanted to adjust it because my clutch is very hard to push in and i heard by adjusting it i can loosen it up. thanx guys...

    the adjuster is on top off your gearbox mate

    The adjuster does not adjust how hard it is to push unfortunately. A stiff pedal is usually due to a worn/dry cable. Replacement can be tricky due to access. If you adjust the cable lengh it will simply rasie/lower the biting point. Too slack and you might not fully disengage the clutch. Too tight means that the clutch might not acheive it's full clamping force and coukd slip and overheat. Look for a biting point just over half way up as a starting point and adjust from there.

    Lube the Cable and it should be fine.
