Engine Management Light Flashing, Please read this is slightly different to others!

Right so this last week has been an absolute mission,
First of all the car dies on me driving along, i get recovered and get it home,
The car ran for about 2 seconds when you turn it over and died, so we changed

    Coil pack - no change
    Fuel pump - No change
And we checked power was going to all appropriate parts, after all that i changed the fuel filter late one night and bam she started, The reason i didnt do this first was because it was only done several months ago!

    Anyway...

Last night on a long drive an injector popped out because i stupidly cant have put it back on the rail properly, so fuel went everywhere in the bay... and i mean everywhere,

We put it all back together at the side of the road and she was back again running perfectly with everything how it should be, Then about 10 miles later the engine managment light starts flashing, the car looses masses of power and judders quite strongly, turns into an american muscle car as she was onyl firing on three cylinders, but why? What caused this?

At the side of the road we checked the coil pack had a spark and it did, all the sparks are sparking so my next thought is a sticky injector?

    Any suggestions ?
    Thanks

Does the injector still have the 'O' ring on it, could be causing a poor seal letting air in??

I know it was a big cruise of us, i was at the front and my mates started shouting telling me to pull over, thinking they where winding me up cos of this issues this week and i look behind me and see masses of petrol on the road,

All the o rings are on both ends in the block and the rail and none are split, Thanks for your advice.

Could it be a faulty crankshaft sensor? Could the petrol have pentrated some of the sensors and damaged them?

Possible, check everything, connectors, wires, sensors, you might have knocked something when you was fixing it

when it lost power when the light came on that would have been the car going into "limp mode" so you couldnt thrash it and damage anything, if you got a diagnostic machine handy plug it in and that sould give you a fairly acurate ansaw to what it is.

    hope this helps.

Maybe the injectors faulty where it was forced out, it wont take much to fuck an injector up as the fuel shoots though microns or injector loom damaged..
