Service items + gearbox oil?

   I would usually search but tight on time, if someone would kindly tell me what i grades and decent items are for a service etc, a website if theres any good offers on too haha.
   
   Oil - make/grade?
   gearbox oil - make/grade?
   Sparkys - Make/type?
   
   anything good to flush the petrol tank with?
   
   Just had a new air filter with new kit so that's not needed.

   oil = 10w 40 fully syn or semi syn up to you
   gear box oil = 75w 80
   spark plugs = ngk plugs
   
   just red-ex in your fuel tank.
   
   and a new fuel filter.

   It might be advisible to get a new holding strap for the fuel filter as they normally break when you are taking them off

   Thanks, just to mention its a VTR don't know if thats a difference on sparkys/oil?
   
   had a new fuel one 2 months back due to leaking filter.

   how many bottles will i need for gearbox? litres ? (changing driveshafts)
   + whats the deal with these versions of ngk? just a fake ad kinda thing or?

   2 ltrs of gear box oil mate.
   
   Just get standard o.e spec spark pugs you wont see the benefit of the iridium plugs o.e spec will do you fine for a couple of years.
   
   i think the ngk plug code is BKR6EZ 4619
