Sill is buggered

   My jacking point on my sill has seemed to go through into my car and created a whole what is best way to fix?

   welding is the only thing you can do.

   As long as it is repaired properly yes. I would do yourself a favour and get a trolley jack and a piece of wood, say 8" x 8" and jack the car on the chassis leg using the wood to spread the load out.

   I always use a block of wood to spread the weight out even on new cars.
   
   But yep you need to weld a repair panel in, or get someone else to do it. Should'nt cost too much if you have contacts.
