  1. #1
Cant find a guide so im asking, How do you unlock and remove an ecu?
  2. #2
    Which ecu is it?
  3. #3
Turn the car over so its running,
Take the plug out of the ECU leave for a minute or so just to be safe,
Plug back in and away you go.

    Hmm really?

    I'm pretty sure you,
    1. Start car
    2. Rip out Immobiliser
    3. Turn car off then back on to check its worked.

    without removing the immobiliser box.

That's because bluehawk unlocked the ecu themselfs the proper way, meaning it doesn't require the imm box.

Doing it your self requires you to remove the box while it's running to make the ecu unlocked

OK so the Immobilizer is the little black box behind the dash witht the flippy plug, so i whip that out while the car is running, switch it off with out the box plugged in then try start it again?

least by getting it unlocked by bluehawk your going to get most of your money back if you ever sell it, aslong as you got a receipt. cos the car can still be equipped with an immobiliser

check your central locking aswell as you may pull out the wrong box, if it still works you got the right 1
