creaky front end

   Got a 2001 vtr and the front end sounds creaky an horrible ..even worse over bumps and potholes, is it best to replace the track control arms/wishbones first ?

   Creakiness I'd say pay more attention to your top mounts. Get it up on a jack, take the wheels off and inspect the bottom arms, see if there is any splits in the rubber on the bushes. The track rod ends might also be responsible.

   k thx m8 will have a look as there was an advisory on the mot in feb about slight play in one of the track rod ends
