   how do people make them really shiney thats how i want them like rich112 ones

   If you do a decent job of painting them, they should come out like that anyway...
   
   Resin polish afterwards?

   i have seen some been done and dont look to good and still look quite dull i want ones which shine a lot so use gloss black paint as stands out better

   and laquer makes them shine aswell while your painting
