2 issues

   Ok guys as title says.
   1st one been:
   
   : flat spot on acceleration. After looking through all the cars paper work this as been a problem through out the cars life.
   
   2nd issue:
   
   Steering wheel vibrates and shakes when car is idling.
   
   Any help or info on this or how to resolve these would be great.

   Try checking the engine mounts and the bolts holding it in, I suspect the one under the ecu as it seems to be quite common.

   When did the car last have a service?Also a worn coilpack can cause a flat spot.

   I've got it booked in for a service mate as it is due.
   Should I wait till it's been serviced and see if that cures it before I look into getting a new coil pack.

   Get it serviced 1st then see how it runs could be something simple like a blocked filter.
